I have a few plans bouncing around my head for this weekend,nothing too far but it would check a few ghost towns off my list. I’m working on a special trip and story for Halloween.
If you don’t have plans this weekend the living ghost town of Genoa is hosting the 102nd Candy Dance. It’s a huge arts and craft fair, dance and of course candy sale. You can read about the history and organizer in my post Haunted Carson Valley. Stan Paher will have a booth by Mormon Station and I will be helping him Saturday morning.
