Red Rock Mine, Nevada
While Fish Lake Valley is known for ranching, in the past the valley had a variety of mining activities. The Dunnigans, an innovative and dedicated couple, worked the Red Rock mercury mine. Smoky Labor Day Weekend
I am sticking close to the ranch this weekend. Fire crews have done an amazing job and gained 29% containment of the Caldor Fire but our area is still under evacuation watch.
