I found my people!

Wild West Vixens North

I had a great Friday evening having dinner with Wild West Vixens North, a group of female Jeepers. Then, of course, we had to show off our Jeeps! A woman in Sportsman’s Warehouse thought what we were doing was awesome, so she came to take a picture of everyone together.

Everyone is a different experience level but is united by a love of off-roading. We plan to have social events, training, and Jeep runs. You know me, I’ll try to convince them to visit ghost towns and follow emigrant trails.

The attention we drew was surprising. Jeeps driving by honked and waved, and several people stopped to see what we were doing. One woman driving a truck dubiously questioned if we went off-road. I’m sure every head spun in her direction, and one Jeeper replied, “Look at our Jeeps, what do you think?” It only took a second, and the truck driver asked if she could join us. No, as it is a Jeep club, we gave her the names of Battle Born Offroaders and Hills Angels 4×4, many of whom are also members. I was surprised several men stopped and told us how great it was to see female off-roaders.

Honey Badger’s Baby!

I need to get pictures of them side by side, but Denise’s Jeep looks like Honey Badger had a baby!

Honey Badger got Ducked, twice

Friday, I also checked out my new tires. Nate’s Precision test drove Honey Badger and checked recent notifications to ensure they have any parts needed when she goes in for the lift.

My new tires coming soon!

Saturday and Sunday, I worked on re-organizing all the photos I processed from this year’s ghost town trips. It is all caught up, which is a great feeling.

My little one totaled up my ghost towns; I’m sure it had nothing to do with her avoiding doing laundry. I have 395 in Nevada and 93 in California for 488! With other states and countries, I’m at 556!

Great to see you again too! Let us plan a trip when it cools off a little.
I was told Nate’s is who to use.
