Travel Update: Full Post to Follow
A few pictures before I head off the grid.
First day of my week long Guys Ghost Town Trip. I went out yesterday with the Godfather of Nevada ghost towns, Stan Paher. We had a full day visiting ghost towns and Native American sites. Red Rock Mine, Fish Lake and Dyer, Palmetto, Pigeon Springs and Pigeon Mill, Sylvania, Medicine Rock and Lida.
It was great to see so many friends and meet new wonderful new people. One was the owner of Bishop’s famous bakery, Schats. He asked if I wanted anything and I joked a loaf of chili cheese bread. He opened his trunk a which was full of baked goodies he made at 2 that morning.
Great treat for the trip! Dang, I’m going to be exhausted by the end of the trip.
