Nevada Ghost Towns & Beyond

Travel Update: Full Post to Follow Friday's drive was favorite part of the weekend. I still visited ghost towns, but my friend Dwayne and I decided to chase fall colors. The best color we found was right below Munckton, so of course I had to go visit the mill site. Travel Update: Full Post to Follow I spent the weekend following the V&T Railroad to six 160 year old mills on the Carson River. The train transported ore from Virginia City and dropped it down chutes at each mill. Travel Update: Full Post to Follow Weekend trip with friends to Rockland and Cambridge. It was a cool but beautiful day to explore. I visited Cambridge in 2003 but forgot.
