Twelve Hour Difference

What a difference 12 hours can make! Saturday night, I attended a fundraiser with Sutro Tunnel, supporting the local animal shelter. Little black dress, heels, jewelry, purse, and makeup. I am asking for help from my fantastic reader's knowledge base. What type of mill is this? I have never seen one like it. I have twenty projects going on, but not knowing drives me crazy! Washington Ghost Town, Storey County

Washington ghost town in Storey County is little-known and documented compared to the Washington ghost town in Nye County. The Washington Toll Road connected the Truckee River to Lousetown and developed the small settlement to serve travelers headed to the Comstock Lode.
