I hope everyone had a great weekend. I had a fun day exploring ghost towns and mines outside of Nixon: Nightengale, Alpine and MGL.
The roads were challenging for me: steep, rocky, tight, and sandy with big drop offs. I was the only female and new off road driver. I learned a ton following great drivers and took Honey Badger places I never thought a vehicle would go!
We were rewarded with a beautiful sunset, I’ll share the picture later this week. Wednesday I will be sharing a post about the heartbreaking grave I visited in Gold Hill in December.
