I started the weekend early. It’s 9 am and I’m in the eastern Sierras above the Marine Mountain Warfare Training Center. So far today I learned when a retired Army repelling instructor tells me a hiking trail is easy, didn’t listen to him. 
. And to watch our for cougars.
We are headed to Chemung to catch the fall aspen leaves. And hopefully a few more ghost towns outside of Bodie.
