Happy 21st birthday to The Kid!
He chose one of my favorites for dinner, the 1859 Gold Hill Hotel. Dinner was amazing as always. I had the Miner’s Tri-Tip and bacon-wrapped shrimp.
It was fun seeing all the groups dressed up for Halloween. The best was the complete Adam’s Family.
We are almost packed for the trip. Thank you to Patty and Steve for trading me their diesel Gladiator with tons of room and 30 mpg for Honey Badger with no space and 12.5 mpg!
I’m unsure how long he will need me to stay, but St. George will be in the mid-70s, so I might stay and explore for a few days. I am already planning ghost towns to see when I get him for Thanksgiving.
