The Mono Mill is under threat due to lightening caused fire. This includes the beautifully preserved 10 stamp mill, bunk house and unique double ore bin. Most ore bins are set side by side while these face each other.
The entire area has been evacuated.
I’m so glad we had to opportunity to visit twice this year.
